Top Ten New Cocktail Recipes

People are constantly watching for the very best new drink recipes. The mojito, the martini, and the margarita appear to be the most popular drinks in pubs across the united states. 1. Sour Orange Daiquiri

Juice of a single sour orange
Three big dashes sugar syrup*
6 ounces. Aged rum
1 1/2 ounce. Grand Marnier or Great curaçao
Orange slice
This recipe creates two cocktails in 5oz. martini glasses
*If you do not have sugar syrup on hand, simply make some beforehand; boil equal quantities of sugar and water together until sugar melts and a light syrup forms. Cool, then refrigerate. Chill cocktail glasses. At a cocktail shaker, add ice, then the principal ingredients listed. Shake thoroughly to combine and mix. Pour into glasses and garnish with an orange slice.

2. Key Lime Pie

3/4 oz Licor 43*
1 ounce. Vodka
1/4 ounce Rose's sweetened lime cordial
1/2 ounce Milk or cream
Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into glass.
* It is a Spanish citrus vanilla liqueur as old as the hills but growing in popularity

3. Ginger Rogers

2 dashes Angostura bitters
The juice of half a lime
1 ounce. Grand Marnier
I ounce. Aged rum
Jamaican ginger beer to fill
Mint sprig for garnish
Fill in a highball or cooler glass . Coat ice with bitters, then squeezes lime, dropping in a spent shell. Add liquor shirt with ginger beer. Garnish with mint.

4. New Orleans Martini

3 ounces vanilla vodka
Splash of dry vermouth
1/2 ounce. Pernod
1 dash Angostura bitters
Fresh mint sprig
Combine vodka, vermouth, and Pernod in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a mint sprig.

5. A Piece of Ass

1 ounce. Amaretto
1 ounce. Southern Comfort
Sour mix
Place ice in a highball. Pour shots. Fill with sour mix

6. Irish Flag

Two parts Green Creme de Menthe
Two components Bailey's
1 part Brandy
Layer creme de menthe, Bailey's and brandy in a shooter glass.

7. Red Headed Slut

1 1/2 oz Jägermeister
1 1/2 oz Peach schnapps
Cranberry juice
Mix in a shot glass. Shoot. (you must love if not only for the name.)

8. Junior Mint

1/2 ounce. Malibu rum
1 ounce. White Creme de Cacao
1 ounce. White Creme de Menthe
Blend all ingredients with ice, shake, and strain into old fashioned glass

9. Three-Mile Island Iced Tea

1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Light rum
1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 ounce. Triple sec
1/2 ounce. Vodka
Coke
Sweet and sour mix
1-2 dash Bitters
One lemon wedge
Fill 14oz glass with ice and pour in the liquor. Fill to two-thirds of glass with the cola and rest with sweet & sour. Top with a dash of bitters and a lemon wedge.

10. English Channel

2 ounces. Bailey's Irish Creme
1/2 oz. Drambuie
1/2 oz. Cointreau
Pour three over ice and mix. It looks like that the English Channel but tastes way better.
