What better than to prepare a refreshing, healthy and natural drink? To the foundation of tea (all are welcome) ice is added and voila! Those who need something somewhat more daring can add sweeteners and fruits, and the blender will do the rest.

Inside Tea, Connection works as a flavor laboratory. There they try the most played recipes in which they comprise coconut milk, fruit juice, horchata, and various sweeteners. "We want to separate ourselves from the traditional tea. People have tea correlated with when they're ill or what their grandmother used to drink and that isn't the case! Currently, the usage of iced tea is a global trend. Everything is legitimate, take it just with ice or mix it with fruits and appreciate it in a different way - states Maggie Bianchi, the interior staff. We combine it with superb fresh seasonal ingredients and it is ultra-healthy. It's a real cocktail without alcohol"

A significant fact about this drink is that it contains approximately 70% of tea. It's a sine qua non-condition that's implanted in hot so that the strands provide off all their possessions and flavors. When the tea is obtained, it has to be chilled. This is going to be the foundation of this brew. For the success to be complete, Maggie clarifies that, since it is going to add ice to the groundwork, it is necessary to produce the tea a bit more concentrated than if it were to consume at the time, so that its taste isn't diluted. Data: one gram of tea provides flavor to 100 ccs of water, however, if we're going to make iced tea the dose must reach 1.5 g.

Even though it can be ready with any variety of tea (it is absolutely a matter of taste), each type of strands has its own time and temperature of extract: green tea is prepared with water in 85° and left to infuse for two minutes while for red and black water temperature climbs 10° reaching 9 °, and the contact time of these strands with water should be 5 minutes. What happens if we spend some time or utilize water in a higher temperature than indicated? The tea gets astringent and gives a feeling of roughness from the mouth.

This drink is so flexible that it can accompany us at all times of the day. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. A fantastic tip is to prepare it leave the jug in the refrigerator. It's maintained for 24 hours.

You have the entire weekend ahead and the temperature doesn't offer any respite. Feel a bartender and prepare iced tea for the
